Chips Masala | Pineapple Tamarind Chips Masala | Jikoni Magic

This is my take on the famous Kenyan masala chips! The chips must have a balance between sweet, sour, salty and hot. Mine don’t have hot but you can always add it to yours. For the sweet I’ve used a super sweet pineapple and for the sour I’ve used tamarind sauce.
