Are you looking for something different? Do you like roasted almonds? Let’s prepare a great spread or dip from the roasted almonds, honey and argan oil, called Amlou!!! The creamiest, most delicious, almond butter in the world!
500 grams (17.64 oz) whole almonds
50 ml (1/4 cup) of argan oil, to taste
2 teaspoons honey, to taste
A pinch of salt
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2- Place the almonds in a baking plate and bake for about 15 minutes until they are completely roasted.
3- Remove from the oven and place on a plate. Let cool for a few minutes.
4- In a food processor, place the almonds and mix. In the beginning your almonds will turn into a powder, then into a compact and thick paste, continue mixing until you have a smooth and liquid paste.
5- Remove from the blender and pour into a bowl.
6- Add argan oil, honey and salt and mix. Pour into a jar and store in a refrigerator, or in a cool place away from light.
