500 grams ground beef
One handful chopped cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons flour
Bunch of cilantro
Melted butter for grilling
1 lime for serving
1- Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the chopped cilantro, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, garam masala, flour, and one egg.
2- Mix all ingredients together untill well combined.
3- Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4- Prepare barbeque.
5- Wrap the meat around the skewers. Then put it on the charcoal and grill on all sides.
6- Use a bunch of cilantro to brush melted butter over the meat.
7- Squeeze fresh lime over it and serve immediately.
