Mbaazi in coconut sauce ( Pegion Peas/Toor) in English

Ingredients: serves 4

1 Cup Mbaazi( Pegion Peas/Toor) soaked overnight and boiled
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 medium size chopped tomato
1 TBL fresh ginger & garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 3/4 cup thin coconut milk ( or just enough to cover the peas in the pot)
1/2 cup thick coconut cream
