Ingredients

4-6 leg and thigh quarters
1 red bell pepper
1 large onion
1 clove head
5-10 Red chillies
2 limes/lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbls red wine vinegar
Salt to taste
1 Tbl smoked paprika

You can use any of the herbs mentioned below
Fresh or dried thyme
Fresh or dried basil
Fresh or dried oregano
Tarragon
Bay Leaf
