Pilau Cooking and How to Make Your own Pilau Masala

On this video I demonstrate how to make Pilau dish which is a Kenyan favourite. I serve it with Kachumbari(tomato salsa with coriander) and raita(a delicious yoghurt and “cucumber sauce”)
It’s a rice dish with meat and flavoured with spices. I start by showing you the specific spices used so that you make your own if you can’t buy wherever you are.
