Pomegranate and Raspberry Smoothie / عصير بالرمان وتوت العليق – CookingWithAlia – Episode 767

Today we are preparing an easy and delicious smoothie. It’s Pomegranate and Raspberry Smoothie.


For the smoothie:
360 milliliters (1 1/2 cups) fresh pomegranate juice
300 milliliters (1 1/2 cups) fresh orange juice
300 grams (10.5 oz) raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey

For decoration: (optional)
Orange slices
Fresh raspberries
Fresh mint leaves

1- In a food processor, add the pomegranate juice, orange juice, raspberries, and mix all the ingredients on high speed until the raspberries completely break down and become smooth.
2- Add the fresh ginger and honey. Continue mixing for 1 minute until all the ingredients are well combined.
3- Strain the smoothie for a smoother texture.
4- Serve the pomegranate and raspberries smoothie immediately in a smoothie glass with ice and decorate with fresh fruits if desired.
