It has a soft crumble and on this recipe it has a different way of making cake where we don’t follow the creaming method.
This cake is delicious plain or with just a dusting of powdered sugar. You can also serve it with fresh fruit along with whipped cream or ice cream.
3 large (150 grams) eggs
3 tablespoons (40 grams) milk, at room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups (150 grams) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
