To make yogurt at home, you only need 3 ingedrients. This yogurt can be made with either Milk powder(powdered milk) or whole milk (liquid milk). Ingredients for homemade yogurt are:
2 cups(250ml) lukewarm water
6 TBSP milk powder
60 grm (4 TBSP) Natural yogurt
40 grams(3 1/4 TBSP) sugar/sweetener(optional)
If using liquid milk
– 2 1/2 cups whole milk
– 60 grm (4 TBSP) Natural yogurt
– 40 grams(3 1/4 TBSP) sugar/sweetener(optional)
This yogurt is the drinkable type, which is in liquid form and not the regular thick and creamy type.
