Roast Vegetable Pasta Bake

This video is a follow up vegetarian version to one I made earlier with minced beef.
Pasta Bake is a dish you finish in an oven which has more texture and flavour compared to having the pasta separate from the sauce and meat/veggies.
On this recipe I’m using the whole wheat pasta from Barilla which has a great taste and texture compared to the regular pasta.
